These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and y71gam ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the y71gam online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://y71gam.cam and any associated applications or services.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.

Your Account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, transfer or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out fully at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify y71gam support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Not access your Account using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions or platform rules.

y71gam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity carried out through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously reported a security breach.

All deposits to your y71gam Account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform at the time of deposit. Available payment options, minimum and maximum deposit limits, and processing times are displayed within the platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment references that Pakistani users may recognise — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for familiar local context only. y71gam does not claim that any of these providers endorse, support, or are affiliated with gambling services. Actual availability of specific payment channels is determined by the operator and the payment provider at the time of use.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are legally registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account suspension;

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General bonus principles applicable to all y71gam promotions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per device unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or related winnings can be withdrawn;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y71gam platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, using stolen payment credentials or any other form of deception;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, either directly or through proxies;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit betting markets;
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, AI betting tools or any automated software to interact with the platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches and failing to report them to support;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity;
• Jurisdictional Circumvention: Using VPNs, proxies or other technologies to access the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on genuine gaming transactions;
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing y71gam staff, support agents or other users.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, y71gam may withhold all or part of the Account balance following investigation. Where closure is for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with applicable platform procedures.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all open bets are settled and any applicable withdrawal processes are complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y71gam and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit y71gam's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the y71gam platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall "look and feel" of the platform — is the property of y71gam or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl or extract platform data using automated tools;
• Reverse-engineer any platform software or systems;
• Use the y71gam brand, name or logo in any context without express written permission.

y71gam collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
